The Sun Basket Content Studio
Over the course of five years, George grew the Sun Basket Content Studio to accomplish two primary objectives: First, produce all the weekly digital and print collateral to support the meal kit product - recipe cards, recipe books, and online recipes. Second, build a brand editorial engine to craft articles on nutrition, cooking technique, bonus recipes, and food culture.
The studio consisted of an eventual team of 25 talented recipe editors, writers, photographers, content strategists, videographers, project producers, and content publishers.
Studio accomplishments:
Scaled creative operations to support annualized revenue growth from $0 to $300MM
Wrote, edited, and published over 1800 recipes and bonus recipes
Published 600 branded articles covering food history and culture, nutrition, and health & fitness
